Hiya, I've just bought a SH pair of Reba SL but don't have a manual. Can anyone give me a starting point for the neg / pos air pressures please.
I've searched on-line but oddly not much of use turns up. If it helps I'm 11 stone.

Set the + side to your desired sag then set the - side to 10 PSI less.
I'm 13.5 stone and running 100 PSI in the + and 90 in the - .

I run 115 pos 120 neg for 12st rider.
