Reba RL Solo Air Gone Soft 2018 latest model

Was out riding yesterday - a few heavy impacts but nothing out of the ordinary, forks worked great for the first half of the ride then I noticed they had gone really soft - when I depress them now I can hear what sounds like air releasing, I presume this is the damper and they have lost air?

Any help/advice much appreciated

🙂

If you've bust a seal, it will be a warranty job on forks that new.

Are they at full travel ? or have they lost some & are sitting shorter?

Thanks chaps. Still at full travel but just really soft, can air get past seals? They didn't look to be damaged

Sounds like either air loss or air in the wrong place, has the pressure dropped? A quick lower service could also sort it

Pressure seems to have dropped - very suddenly when I was riding.

I'll try again with the shock pump and see if it sorts it, maybe it just escaped past the seal on a big impact?
