Servicing my 2011 reba dual air, 100mm travel 29er forks. Stripped, cleaned and reassembled the damper side. The manual says to put 123mm oil in the upper leg. Poured correct volume of oil into the leg but it fills it to the brim. Where am I going wrong?

Is the lock out/compression lever set to lock? Set it to unlock so the oil flows through.

Also do you def know they're 2011? I've got a set of 12's I bought in '11 and they are 106ml. I have done the same thing myself thought they were the wrong year and tried to put 123ml in.
