Hi, I have had my mongoose teocali for a while now but as I'm still quite new to MTB I never really thought about setting the rear shock properly. Mainly because I don't know how to and I have read a few things but I didn't really understand what they meant. Could someone please explain to me in newby terms haha. Any help would be much appreciated 🙂

Set it to use 25-30% of the travel as sag (Add air to decrease, remove air to increase), adjust the rebound so it's as fast as it can be and ride.

If you find it a little soft/bouncy/wallowy then add a little air, if you find it acting like a pogo and bounching your seat off the saddle on the bumps then slow the rebound.

Might help if you tell us which shock it is...

Oh sorry haha, erm this is what it says on the spec:
Suntour Epicon air spring with rebound adjust and rotatable valve
That's all it says
