A stick went into my rear mech today which subsequently wrapped itself around the frame and snapped the hanger. The frame is a Boardman 650B Pro carbon hardtail.
The hanger has taken the carbon behind it off as well. So the metal structure where the wheel sits is now exposed to the rear of the frame.
Is this game over or just cosmetic? Too dark for pictures at the moment

Is it frame damage? What's the metal 'structure' is it a metal frame trimmed in carbon?
