Today was a happy new bike day for me! Got myself a pinarello X7 and I'm absolutely stoked. Sadly I don't want to ride it on the road at the moment as it's all icy !

I realised that my normal rear light won't fit on the new bike due to the aero seat post.

Any ideas for a good usb c capable rear light that can go on an aero seat post ?

Pretty much any light with a rubber band mount. Then it is only a matter of selecting the longest rubber band and priming your fingers!

That said I really like the idea of the integrated light Merida have done.

Yep Tracer is the best rear, stick it in the saddle rails, nice and neat.

Exposure do aero post and seat rail mounts for the Trace R and Boost R (plus a few other mounts) and an aero post mount for the Blaze.

I have a Blaze and TraceR, but I’d probably get the Boost R if I were buying now as it has the most mounting options + USB C charging.

Just got a TraceR and aero bracket for this very reason, fits really well.  can’t mount to the saddle as use the SWAT system to hold my tube and CO2.

Have this on mine, nicely tucked out the way, can be clearly seen and sits roughtly in the drivers eye line
