Got a superstar fuel at the minute which is fragile, slips and I am sure it's going to leave me with a long walk soon. Been looking at DT Swiss 240, Hadley, King what do people recommend anything I have not thought off. Going on flow ex rim and will get a lot of use all year round. Had Hope pro 4'a in the past and not been impressed with the bearing life tbh.

What on earth are you doing to fubar hubs? I've a Hope Pro 2 Evo that's done 7000Km without any servicing and is still silky smooth. Everyone I know on Hope hubs is the same (maybe fewer Km).

Gone through a few hubs Pro 2 evo bearings went in free hub had a bit of a munch around inside . Hope did replace freehub FOC, never been quite right since, slips now and then.
Superstar switch cracked freehub three of four times had a couple FOC .
On DT swiss 350 at moment 18 months in riding twice a week 6 hours ish all weathers . Bearings in front went at about 8 months, back ok if not silky smooth. Did read somewhere the bearings are not upto 240's standard but hubs are a fair bit cheaper so will pop some nice ones in when needed.
