Going to replace my rear wheel due to my maxle axle breaking in the usual place, after 2 months riding. Don't want to fit a replacement axle due to it probably breaking again.
So what are these like in the real world, do they need truing all the time and how strong are they?

I run the 26" SP version, not a problem.

Hi,
Just spent two days in Cody and Penmachno on these very wheels.Lots of rough downhills with no problems. The rear needed a slight true but very minor.Just check spoke tension from New.Mine were very loose and needed a re tension.
Thanx
Max
