Hi guys

Hope to have a new frame shortly however, the rear of the new bike is 12x142 so I'll need to convert my Hope Pro II Evo hub from QRx135.

Have got myself into a bit of a muddle if I need a new axle or just the caps.

Will some kid soul hold my hand for a moment and tell me what I need?

If its the Evo version, just the end caps.

If its not, you need the axle too.

(I think)

Definitely evo, brilliant! That saves me some faff, cheers me dears.

Is the conversion same as the fronts then, just pull off old QR caps and insert new caps?

Yes, in a "you may have to stick it in a vice and use a bit of force to get the old ones out" sort of way.

Oh, and if your freehub comes away with it all at the same time, there are a couple of threads on here about making sure you seat the plastic seal properly.....

That's all there is to it.. though, I needed to remove the cassette as the adapter wouldn't fit past the lock ring.
