[Closed] Rear Axle and Headset Confusion

So I'm looking at getting a new dj frame and like the look of the dartmoor two6 player: http://dartmoor-bikes.com/hardware/dirt-street/two6player

It's got horiz dropouts which fit an axle of 135x10mm and I currently have a halo spin doctor hub running qr. I've converted a front from qr to 20mm for my forks so know how to swap axles etc but wanted to check that this kit is what I think to be all I need: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/halo-spin-doctor-solid-rear-axle-kit/rp-prod20502

Also, the frame has a tapered headset and says that it fits headsets: EC34/ZS49 or EC34/EC49. I'd be running a straight steerer fork and my understanding it that a normal upper cup size fits (1 1/8th) but that I need a lower cup with an O.D of 1.5 and an I.D of 1 1/8th, the issue being I have no knowledge of what the different codes correspond to.

Cheers for your help

According to Halo's website, that axle kit is the only thing needed.

SHIS numbers for the cups include both OD and ID, the frame manufacturer only provided the ODs.
Using the Hope headset guide we can see that your only option for the top is an EC34/28.6 ("2" in Hope's case).
For the bottom you can either use a zero stack (ZS49/30) ("D"), or an external cup (EC49/40) with the 1'1/8 to 1.5'' converter (HS136) for a slightly slacker front end. The important thing is to end up with an ID of 30 for the bottom.
