This driver is a horrible little shit of the highest order. No amount of prison time is going to be enough. He really deserves to be locked up to a very, very long time.
How people like this are able to get away with driving anything, let alone a large tipper truck beggars belief. People like him have no place in our society. The sooner very long prison terms are given to scum like this the better. We all deserve protection from these self centred parasitic killers
