I have an Altura attack jacket. It has been used very rarely and washed as per instructions.

Its over 2 yrs old. The seam taping has come off in lots of places. I have contacted Altura who were really unhelpful. I like the jacket and id like to know if anyone knows of a retaping service they would recommend.

Thanks

Brenin

Get in touch with Scottish Mountain Gear or Lancashire Sports Repairs, they'll sort it for you:

Fab, thanks. Have you used either of them?

If the tape is still ok, just use an iron with a cloth to protect your fabric and carefully re stick/melt it back on. If it is damaged/missing, trim ends and buy some of this tape off ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/bhp/seam-tape then again apply using iron and cloth.

breninbeener - yep, I've used Scottish Mountain Gear a few times. They are really good. I've never used LSR but they are supposed to be really good too.
