I've got some blue hubs that I like (White Industries T11) but the blue is coming off in places. I need to put some new rims on them soon anyway, so does anyone know if it is possible/cost effective to get them re-anodized? And where?
TIA
Chris

Actually appears to have stopped trading according to Facebook. Sorry.
Steve The Anodiser (anodisersteve@gmail.com) will sort you out- he did my frame (lovely orange) and hubs (boring matt black). Surprisingly inexpensive too, I don't know how much hubs alone would be but I was about £120 for all my stuff inc return post.
Thanks Northwind. How much stripping down of the hub do I need to do? I can take the rim off easily, just not sure about removing the guts of the hubs.
I sent in just the shells, not sure if he can deal with an assembled hub (some hubs are a bollocks to dismantle once they're out of a wheel, too).
+ 1 for Steve. He's local to us and a bit of a legend round these parts for bike anodising. Does a great job and like Northwind says, good price too.
Another vote for Steve. He did me some Hope brakes back in the day and they were spot on.
Thanks all. Just to close the thread: Steve priced it at about £20 inc postage. I would need to strip them down and remove the bearings.
