I'm heading to Ravenstonedale with the family for the weekend but should be able to sneak a short road ride in at some point - can anybody recommend any good loops, 20-30 miles? Cheers.

The loop down to sedbergh up Garsdale and back along Mallerstang is glorious in either direction. Or head North into the country lanes west of Kirkby Stephen and choose your own routes through Soulby, Crosby, Asby etc

Out of the village, Fat Lamb, Fell End, Sedbergh, quiet lanes to Tebay, Black Bessy trout tea room, back to village
