any one got one of the lightweight packable mtb trail jackets? any ideas on the sizing at all?
im about a 37 chest, somewhere between small and medium on most jackets, usually opt for small so its no flapping about and loose
is the size guide good to go off? For reference slim 6ft 11.5 stone if anyone can help?
I'm very similar size to you and went with a medium.
If you're after something that's not going to be flapping around much then the medium is probably going to be too big for you.
thanks @crossed - is it quite a fitting jacket? how does it feel on you if your similar, flappy or quite fitted generally? basically dont want it all bunching up around my chest when leaned over the bars, hopefully it conforms to the body without sagging everywhere
I have one, imo they're nicely cut but not particularly slim/fitted. I usually have to size up for anything overly cycling specific but just got my normal size for the Rapha and could probably still get a layer or two underneath (6'2", 80kg, in a large). So as long as the sleeves are long enough you may want a small.
Thanks @deft - ive actually just seen they do free returns and delivery over £100 so it should cost me a penny to try small and medium - thanks for the advice though - looks a nice lightweight jacket
