Don't you just love it when a ride you expect to be fairly run of the mill turns into one of you best for a while 🙂

Life's good!

Yep! Mine today started with me getting stung by a bee, going over the bars and wrapping myself round a tree cartoon-style. Things could only get better, and I just started nailing everything on a trail that's been putting me off for weeks 😀

Nice!

I met some random bloke who was just getting his bike out of the car and borrowed his track pump off him. I then bumped into him later and I ended showing him some of the trails - top banter, riding like a man possessed and overall a top ride!

Oh yes 🙂 .

Only saw one other rider on the Malverns this afternoon and as he was going the same way it would have been rude not to have been sociable and chased each other downhill ! Apparently I got a good lot of air on one section 🙂

BITCHING red chainring Ayatollah!

I can think of a couple of rides myself where I set out to just do a bit of a ride and then completely owned the entire world and did something massively rock and awesome by doing 200 miles on a packet of chips or meeting Kenny loggins or someone and going riding with them.

Well that was shite. Crashed twice. Blew my rear tire off the rim, taco'd a brand new front wheel, tore new grips and sprained my finger. It was a planned ride though so doesn't really count as random.

just done one

my 'local' loop usual start, stopped of at an archeological dig had a chat and look at the stuff they were digging up, then onwards to the pub on the green and decided to go random, all gravel, forest, heather, following nose and any defined bath, sun filtering through trees and ferns, now down to a 6 in wide trail with encroching shrubbery, and then recognised a main road, viewed a listed chapel, then straight back into the shrubbery, back towads home, recognised a path and back home - what a great bimble ..

Sheldon needs all the help he can get on the skill compensation front.
Oh and you shouldn't take the piss out of people that have his condition. It's not his fault he's a ginge. 🙄
