Sunday, September 28 at 8:00 pm - 11:30 pm (GDT)
GDT is an odd way of saying BST, so I'd say that it's at 2000-2330 on September the 28th!
I wonder how far they are going to get before it's called off due to the wind.
Should be rad! I'm quite excited to see what Lacondeguy does.
It think one of the reasons they switched sides was it was less prone to wind. Lets hope mamma nature got the memo.
As an aside, i wish Oakley would **** off with their wooden jumps. Takes the look off of it imo.
cant wait. tempted to buy one of them newfangled smart tv things specially
I'm interested to see how Rheeder does. He would have won Joyride if he hadn't crashed on his second run.
always interested in Lacondeguy as well as everyone else.
have we seen this yet?

Nice. You could tell pretty early on that he was going too fast. Got away with it, though.
This is by far and away my favourite free ride event and should be the blueprint. These enlarged BMX tracks should be consigned to history.
So what time is it on in the UK? I tuned in for the second runs last year... 😥
5am start Monday morning in Oz, I tuned in for the wind last year
So 'Go-Pro Step Down' is in the drinking game this year then.
The link from kimbers (now?) says
Eh ?Sunday, September 28 at 8:00 pm - 11:30 pm (GST)
Unless they're riding in Kuwait this year, I don't get it
Has RedBull teamed up with ISIS 😯
Yep - there are a few videos down the bototm of this page:

Makes the amount of body armour you see on follow the dog look frankly ludicrous.
That drop.

😆
I actually find it really quite uncomfortable to watch - I was almost relieved last year when they call the second runs off. Having said that, I'm really looking forward to it!
It's normally Sunday night as I never get to see the end.
qualifying
1 Brett Rheeder (Trek)
2 Tom van Steenbergen (Trek)
3 Szymon Godziek (Dartmoor)
aggy crashed, but survived

'Polaris RZR Moto Booter'
Better get some more booze in.
Word is they may have to postpone the event due to weather.
Delayed.
UPDATE [Saturday, 3:45 p.m. MT]: Due to heavy rains and thunderstorms at the event site, the Red Bull Rampage schedule is changing to ensure the best conditions for competition. Most notably, the finals will be delayed and the event site will not be open to the public on 9/28/14. Tickets will still be honored for the Finals (revised schedule will be announced shortly). We appreciate your patience. The live stream will also be delayed. Date and time TBD.

Sadface
Monday night now I think?
Makes the amount of body armour you see on follow the dog look frankly ludicrous.
Dude who flipped the 76ft canyon in qualifying had a full face on and a singlet vest and shorts...
Perhaps they should find an indoor venue for this, somewhere less weather-prone.
qualis happened already

im guessing the event is tomorrow morning now?

This is going to be big.
Nut just nuts, some of it is uncomfortable to watch and I'm just glad people are badly injured or worse. That's what makes it compulsive viewing I suppose, I'll be tuning in as usual.
Looks like Aggy is not going to start in the finals (poorly knee). Bugger!
here we go...
Send it!!!!!
jambalaya - MemberI'm just glad people are badly injured or worse.
Me too!
Bah the stream wont load for me 🙁
Ah cheers RD! 😀
Cheers RD!!!!!
Are we doing the drinking game this year btw? 😀
can no one find a cap that fits?, tucking your ears under the rim is not a cool look
Love how they're just slipping the word amplitude in at random, using it in a totally different context to that which they explained a few sentences ago 🙂
calling Brendog fair-claw never fails to make me smile
They looked like they were worried he might catch fire there
oooof
"backflips are very easy" yeah... right!
....where do you get the balls to do that? Mental.
Sheesh!! Glad to see him get up.
"Back flips are easy"".....
Edit...beaten to it.
O noes, ma machine!
My wife walked in and saw a couple of runs. Her concise analysis, 'they are mad, they're riding off a cliff! Don't you even think about it'
I can say without doubt if you put me at the start gate I would be quivering wreck clinging to the most solid object I could find!
Norbs has an unfair advantage with his front and rear forks.
Is "stoked" in the drinking game?
If so...I may get very pished....!
Loved Zink's big mountain line.
yeah, the top bit of that was incredible
Niiice 360
Not so much a drinking game...but my dog is called flo...she's on edge now.
This needs Warner.
Stoked and Trickery are both in the drinking game cpn
Late to the game, but that was a 'Polaris RZR hip' and 'Go Pro stepdown' in one breath.
Drink up everyone.
We need rob for more radness
Does anyone know how big the canyon gap is? I was hoping the commentators would have mentioned it...

Seven to nine feet. I thought it looked at least fifteen but it must look bigger on TV
This needs Brett Tippie's hysterical laughter.
I dunno, a lot of these runs this year seem really short- they're so fast and vertical. Strait's run there just seemed to make more of the hill, Reeder's was similiar I think at the top. Strait's come on a long way since he left the family kneepad business and took up bicycling.

Bigger than the "polaris RZR Hip" & "Go Pro" stepdown so i'm led to believe.
Kyle Strait needs to lay off the pies.
Edit: Oh yeah. 'Flow' is definitely in the drinking game. Going to be a long day tomorrow.
Loved Semenuk's 6 inch no footer at the bottom on the flat there, trick of the competition.

Kyle Strait needs to lay off the pies.
You should go tell him that.

Think he can bunny hop higher than I'm brave enough to jump...
Sure thing.
Can we have a whip around to pay for my flight though?
Pumped ?
flowiest
pk13 - MemberPumped ?
Wasn't me
Thankyou Chase trails for the reminder!
'2 run format' is in the drinking game too
Has anyone else's stream stopped or is just mine? It was fine up to lacondguy(spelling) run!
