£349 for an alu frame, seems a bit steep to me.

You could have a decent steel frame for that(or a car...).

That's to give them more room to discount. Not that it's neccesarily a bad price, some folks bought Mmmbops at RRP and were pleased with them (but most people bought them for half that)

I think the weight for an alu frame is more alarming. That's almost as much as most steel frames. There must be a lot of metal in there.

Not trolling, just interested how CRC think they can command such a price. QC issues, quite a new brand and Corporate Brant left them to go back to his shed 😉

The discount issue did pop into my head. The Piglet didnt sell for that much, think it was around £280.
