[Closed] Ragley hub - freewheel issue after service

Are there any experts on Ragley hubs here? I removed my freewheel to regrease and check the bearings, but must have put it all back together wrong - the freewheel is now a bit sticky, so that the pedals turn slightly when freewheeling.

I have removed the play from the rear wheel though!

I suspect there must be a thin spacer somewhere that I failed to retrieve when the hub sprang apart. The bike pedals fine and I havent overgreased it.

It's ok with the wheel just sat in the drop outs, without the qr being tightened. tightening up the rear wheel is obviously applying some pressure where it shouldnt be.
