Anyone know how good they are with warranty?
got the one of the 1st batch of Blue Pigs 2010,and the seat tube just below the seat clamp has cracked..
you may say too much seatpost out,but not the case as the frame on 18" comes up fairly big for me,so never had to extend it too much,400mm thomson
is it a warranty issue? surly it must be.
yes ive emailed em,no response yet,will see.

Many of the Mk1 Blue Pig frames had problems with the seat tube. My mates was the wrong size and it took him over a year to get a replacement (Mk2 that was also stuffed!). They know of the problems so good luck getting it replaced.
yeah seat tube always was tight with seatpost,it ****ed mi thomson post up 😥

I had to warranty my first Mmmbop- I don't know if it helped that I was able to send them a copy of an email from Brant that said "That's no good, get a replacement" but it can't have hurt 😉 Easiest warranty job you could hope for.
