A long shot - but does anybody have an old set of Aeffect cranks with 170mm cranks; with the old spacing of 49mm chainline before boost came in.
The new ones are 51mm chainline to cater for boost.
Mine are on a 2017 Epic and I want to try shorter cranks.

The boostiness is in the rings so if you have a set change the ring.

Pretty sure I have a new boxed 170mm set with a 32T ring that were for a build that never happened so have been sat around for at least a year. Will double check tomorrow and PM you.
