Can't help, but I'm interested too having just bought a pair of cinch cranks. the RF BB seems hit and miss based on user reviews.

I am, no problems at all, though only 5-6 rides in. I do have an extra spacer in the non drive side to make up for the Hope cups being narrower.

There's a long thread on MTBR about the Next SL cranks, I got a fair amount of info from there.

RF never really got the whole bearings thing down.

Yep, hope bottom bracket and race face sixc cranks. Ordered some wheels manufacturing spacers to take up a big of the slack. Think I put am on drive side and 0.5mm on the non drive side.

i ran it the other way, Hope cranks and RF BB, worked fine for 3 months till RF BB failed.
Cross compatibility is definitely there

Running mine with a hope BB with the normal one 2.5mm spacer on the drive side. There's more than enough adjustment on the crank to take up the slack.

I've been running RF Turbine Cinch's with a Hope 30mm BB since November.
the only issue i've found is a bit of wear of the bearing cover.
Maybe i'm running the cranks a bit tight.
