Hi folks anybody use them or have used them. Going to be replacing wheels from my stumpjumper 2016 fsr, feel there a little twangy but they do have super wide rims (28mm inner) compared to the raceface 21mm inner will I notice the difference in width. Anyway any advice or experiences

Yeah just feel there not much tension in them, was going to take wheel back but feel the shop would just look at me as only a few weeks old. Plus current wheels can't take xd driver as plan to go sram 11 speed

I have the 27.5 versions that came on my zesty. I was an bit worries about the narrower profile, however have been running 2.35 Hans Dampfs for the last year with no problem, the profile of the tyre is fine on the rim and they have stayed true (12.5 stone rider, prefer gravity oriented trails).

Get your wheels back for retensioning.

28 v 21mm will make some difference at lower pressures.

Do you think it's possible that such new wheels need retensioning . Mainly the front rear fine.

Possibly, new means nothing with wheels and spokes.
