Anybody looking for a 31.6 125mm drop dropper and don't want Brand-X this could be for you . Comes with a lever as well . https://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/SPRFTD/race-face-turbine-dropper-post-including-remote

Haveing had a race face and an (identical) Easton. I'd buy a brand x.....
It's cheaper still and more reliable. The leaver is nice on the rf though.

I had one - great for 8 months then kn*ckered. They work via an internal friction brake (design licensed from 9 point 8). But for some reason the RF ones have appalling QA/QA/reliability issues.

RF have discontinued this design and now license the Fox dropper internals.

If they paid you to use the bloody thing, it still wouldn't be a bargain.

B X mated with a PNW lever & £25 leftover leaves this looking like an absolutely poo option.

Wow , sorry , I thought they were quite well regarded . I use Brand X myself but I know some people want to buy more expensive stuff for some strange reason and I thought this might have fitted the bill.

The only good thing about this is when it dies, RF will replace it with the Fox style one. Or at least over here they do. No idea on internet purchases though.

This thread it two of the things a forum is for. Look what I've found; it might help someone else.

And

I have experience of that item, it's best avoided. Here are some better alternatives.
