Hi all my new bike has an almost silent rear hub, that and the chain device are a revelation, I can hear what the tyres are doing and am really enjoying the extra sensation.

So, which hub can I put on my other bike which is silent, and not a ton weight (I have a quiet old XT but it weighs a ton!)

Cheers

DT 240, particularly with lots of grease in the freehub.

Hi it's a fulcrum wheel set, dont think they do hubs on their own. Was wondering about xtr, are they as quiet as xt once were?
