If you swap a 150 air shaft for a 160 (26") do you need to alter the level in the charger.
That is all.... 😀

I didn't, I followed this and it was pretty straight forward to be honest.

We should start an air shaft swapping thread.

Maybe a PayPal payment refunded upon receipt of swapped air shaft?

I have a 27.5 150 and will need a 27.5 160 soon

Might work for me!
140mm 29er shaft and need a 130, same parts as your 27.5 ones. Is yours new or used?

When I did the swap I also followed the MBR vid just referring back to the Regularbob blog guide...

Oh and for what its worth, the trick I found with step 6 (of the Solo air travel change adjustment section of Regularbob's guide) is to have two people: one to press the black plastic seal head down and one to get in there with the snap ring pliers. You're not aiming to get the retaining ring right out initially, just get the edge of the ring on the raised bit of the seal head...it'll become more obvious when you do it

Ooo I could do with a 29er 130mm shaft. I have 150mm at the mo I'd swap:)

Tenacious Doug, currently it's 1 ride old and will probably be 2 or 3 by the time I need to change the travel. If that works for you then this might be a goer
