Yes you can get them. Shimano and TRP do them as do others. Link to some for info but out of stock for those particular ones.

Yes - that's actually the easier way to go. Flat mount brakes to post-mount frames is more annoying.

Works fine, literally just finished putting my post mount brakes on some flat mount forks. Availability is a bit of a weak spot though, had two places cancel orders and one was going to be almost two weeks delivery. Order some flat mount bolts though as most bolt heads are too big to fit into flat mount adapters.

Flat to post mount adapter didn't fit inside the rear triangle of a Planet X London Road last week. I had to machine a custom mount at a different angle for it to work. So some frame it isn't as easy as just using an adapter.

I also had to go to a 180mm rotor to make it work.

HI,

@turneround On the front no problem, on the back we've tried both a 140mm and 160m adapter on my Dolan and it still wont fit I've ended up ordering a front SLX post mount from the Evans PSA and a rear FM from Bikester. The adapters are currently at the bike workshop, if you can wait until the brakes arrive later in the week I can pick them up and I'll send you both to try and you can keep the one that works for £5 to mountain rescue
