The 70/80s are long past but in the current climate I'm glad that unions are there to fight for and defend their members..
Not a fan of them in general but still have an important role to play imho.
(Edit- unions in general btw..)

And there in lies the single biggest failing of the unions. They see their job as always being to have a fight.
