Hi,
Did a 20 minute test today and now know my LTHR. I want to use that number to create heart rate training zones and input these into my Garmin 800 - however the device only has max heart rate and resting heart rate capacity.
Can I change this somehow? If not - what should I do to create my zones?

You can set up custom zones on Garmin Connect. Log in there, and at the top right of the screen there's a sort of watch icon thing which is where your devices are saved, click on that, choose your 800, then go to User Settings and scroll down. There's a load of boxes there for setting up the BPM or HRR% for each of five zones. Update that, connect your device, sync, and they should be there next time you use it.
