I took the wednesday "get fit group" on a sunday ride today along with Ali and a passer by who tagged along. Lots of laughs and a few tumbles . Ben had a front and rear puncture whilst todays newbie snapped his chain. Simon had an over the bars moment and only just avoided landing in the stream. All fixed quickly and on we went. A cream tea/sarnies stop was as usual at the Combe hotel. Comments ?

Bad camera angle , looking down on a stream crossing and coming up the compression side..
