Been looking into q rings and the benefits they offer, they do seem an interesting option but i'd like some first hand accounts of what they're like......

They're very similar to Highpath Engineering Oval EggRings, which have been around for the last 20 years or so. I love my Oval Eggrings as they mean you can apply power for a greater proportion of the pedal stroke by getting you through the dead spot more quickly. The upshot of this is that you are much less likely to stall on climbs.
