Putting gears on an SS inbred

So I need a geared bike but haven't really got room for N+1 so I'm thinking of putting gears on my rear sliding dropout SS specific Inbred, I'm wondering if the rear dropouts are the same as an On One Huntsman ( they look it) as Planet X have geared sliding dropout hangers for £20 that looks like it should work, any feedback appreciated or other solutions if poss as Inbred dropouts are no longer about.

Or one of those add on mech hangers that came with cheap bikes in days gone by. Worked for me on  my IO.

I bought some sort of adapter off Ali Express which fits into a slidy dropout and has a hanger on it. Used it on my Roadrat. Actually really good.
