Can you enter on the day or even a couple of days before? Will a GPX of the route be available? How much ascent on the 33 miler?
Yes, yes and between 3000 and 4000 feet. Exact route subject to a recce as some tracks may be too sandy to climb (yes, really). We don't surcharge on the day, but T shirts are reserved for pre paid and there is £3 to pay if we run out in your size.

Is it cross bikeable?
I would guess so. Ridden a fair bit of the Purbecks ROW and it was all crossbikeable. Still fun on a MTB.
Yes cross bike should be OK but might be a push on one or two sandy climbs.
Online entries close Fri night but you can still enter on the day.
