After my somewhat pedestrian lap of the pump track at STW Weekender, I want to get on and practice a bit. Does anyone know of any pumptracks near Reading or Salisbury or is there a map or resourcing listing them?

Probably! They're not very common yet, especially in SE England (no funding...)
Have a google for BMX tracks/BMX (racing) clubs etc. on google. Pretty much the same thing.
There's one just been built in Southampton Sports Centre courtesy of WCA.
Or Avon Tyrell activity centre in the New Forest.
A BMX track is quite different to a pump track as it isn't designed to do laps without pedalling. But you can practice pumping on either...
