Most advice will be based on whatever came fitted or is on your bike, completely forgetting that we all ride different bikes in different places....
I'm sure campag already do 11 speed for road bikes.

Yeah the pricing will be ridiculous so I doubt many here will be early adopters. I reckon the cassette alone will be £300...

Apparently the answer is yes although the mech looks like the best bit IMO, I'd be tempted if they did an X9 mech and I'd not just switched to shimano.

Well an XX one retails for £325, this isn't gonna be cheaper!
I would have been happy with a wide range 8 speed set up.
I think we all know that the only true All-Mountain bike is now going to be a 1x11 fat tyred 650b.
At least 10 years ago, I saw the Shimano 14-speed cassette drawings - sprockets like tinfoil 🙂
