You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Yes I saw that Tired. I have a pair but the left pedal sensor went faulty. They offered me a replacement left pedal last month at £299. Not a great deal at all compared to the Black Friday deal. Not sure I would reinvest in these as customer service isn’t good when they are out of warranty. Garmin seemed much better in terms of customer support.
Do you happen to know how much the custom charges are if any on the power meter pedals? I’m assuming it’s £249 plus the charges.
Park Tool 30% off at halfords on top of any current reductions - 20% auto deducted and BF10 takes another 10% off. I was also able to take another 5% off with buying eGift card through work scheme.
Has anyone managed to run those Ghost wheels tubeless?! Trying to get them to seal with a pair of Maxxis Ardent Race tyres and it's hopeless so far :-/ sealant everywhere...
yup piece of pee pee, easiest wheels i have ever had
using bonty xr4s
slipped the tyres on,, pulled the beads out with finger tips, took the valve core out. hit it with the halfords track pump to 50 psi, let them down, chucked in sealant through the valve, refitted the core...
also one of the only sets of wheels that seem to have stayed at a suitable pressure after their first fit

The best pedal power meters have a substantial discount. Road only And m afraid, they haven’t reduced the SPD version this year. £249 for single sided is £50 more than the used price. And they come with outstanding customer service I have two pairs and am thinking of a third.

That Hardknott bag selling on Trisport ebay shop is now £7.99. Absolute bargain for someone.
Just ordered two of those hardnott bags, the 20% code works as it takes over min spend.
I designed those Hardknott bags when I worked for ProBikeKit. Was meant to become the in house brand of accessories but THG started winding down PBK during the ordering of them.

I've previously contacted ebay and 100% about the obviously fake 100% kit and they don't seem to care.
I for +1 know for a fact that ebay cs acts in favour if fake goods sellers even with proof sent on by brand company to act as evidence.

Erm, I've clicked "accept all cookies" on the Greggs site and nothing has happened. Where are my biscuits?
agreed at @dartdude, i bought a terrex jacket, when it arrived it was clearly fake, it had adidas / terrex logos all over, i complained it was fake , ebay had no interest, adidas dont get involved, i got lucky with a technicality, i sent pictures of the jacket agaisnt the stock images, as it had random logo on the sleeve, and i got a refund 'not as described'
AudioPro P5 speaker for £60

We've got one and it's very good. We use it when we're away form home and also in our campervan. It's not stupidly bass heavy but has a really good overall sound.
Bah, eBay shopping 101! I've got a legit set so I can compare how bad they are in the interests of market research... Purchased for a secret santa gift so hopefully they'll never know....

Briskers? The cheap ones I bought last year (different seller) looked identical to my older, legit pair but the rubberised bits started to come away quite quickly (plus the cardboard tag they were attached to was for a different style) - I surmised they are probably QC rejections which have found their way out the back door.
Merlin dont have the mechs in stock?
Wow they went quick. Glad I got my order in before posting it up. Its a bit like seagulls on here. Wonder how many will end up on eBay
Merlin have good offers on AXS derailleurs and shifters
blimey. how much do they cost *with* batteries?
Don't quote me on this. But the OS maps offer is today only, so I cancelled my current sub which was to expire 28/12/2024 and repurchased a full year at £17. It looks like it has added the new year onto the remaining time, as it now expires 28/12/2025. So it may just add a year on to your current subscription.
Amazon have just released some more free games.

Certain colors are £39.99, white ones are £44.99. EDIT - it seems only certain colors available for delivery.
Really enjoyed my play through of Cyberpunk 2077, the DLC is fantastic and very "dark" IMO. Hoping they are working on a sequel.
Dredge is worth it from the Amazon games library.
@fueled Ghost wheels seem awesome. Halfway through fitting rimpacts and minions, and it’s not been as awful as I was expecting!
Haven't ridden them yet, I think I have to wrap them up and put them under the tree once they’re ready.
Last ~23 hours of the Steam sale, some prices actually undercut Cdkeys for a change! 😮
I finally bought Hades for £8.39, having worried it would be too fast paced for my little old head to cope with since long covid, but loving it.
I purchased a pair of these a few years ago after a PSA on here, they have been great for the winter and at that price, an absolute bargain!

What's the score with import duty nowadays?
What kind of % are you looking at having to pay on that?
i havent paid anything extra on imports from Bike Inn
i just had to pay £133 vat/import duty for a frame from germany-i really wasnt expexting it.
That includes £12 delivery charge from royal mail cos it was a saturday
Vat at 20% and import duty varies on the calssification of the item.
Im going to argue with Tax people via a form online
Details here: I am ordering from the UK, what do I need to consider?
National sales tax as well as customs & Import fees:
Deliveries to Great Britain are net, i.e. without national sales tax. This tax is then due on import. If United Kingdom is selected as the country of delivery, the prices are displayed in the shop without sales tax.
In addition to the shipping costs calculated by Bike-Discount, additional import costs may apply. These are usually about any import duties and national sales tax.
So not such a good PSA after all - sorry, folks!
