Well, I took mine apart to go from 130 to a 140 air spring. The good news was there was oil in them.
The bad new is that there wasn't a hint of grease in the air spring chamber 🙁
And the grease used on the seal at the top appears to have been lard.
Maybe I have got a rogue set but do yourselves a favour and have a quick look ...
Mine are just about due a lowers service, so I shall investigate soon anyway.
Been an awesome fork so far.
Mine haven't been great from new tbh, will give them another stripdown but pretty sure I did attend to the airspring side too..

The only part thats rogue is that you had oil in them, the rest is pretty standard

My pal bought the lyriks around the same time and they were the same but with no oil.
Good to see the build standards are top-notch !
OP, if you are selling the 130mm spring I might be interested 😉
Sure - PM me
Pretty much the norm for Rock Shox. Must cost them a pretty penny in needless warranty claims.
I'm sure mine were 140mm out of the box.
In a similar vein, I bought some very cheap Suntour Aions off CRC a while back. About £180, but with a few reviews saying the cartridges were knackered. I'd found the upgraded cartridges with high and low speed compression adjustment for just over £100, so bought it at the same time I bought the forks. Got myself a lovely bit of kit for £300.
Maybe it's CRC policy to buy borked forks and flog them cheaply.

I sold a perfectly fine set of working non boost pikes and replaced them with the psa boost pikes. I haven't been impressed with them either.
I loved the simplicity of open, trail and lockout, 3 clicks. This one has a million clicks and doesn't seem to do anything.
I'm no suspension guru so I'll give them my mate to strip down and service and see if that makes a difference.
I tend to ride my rigid scandal these days and leave the posh bike in the garage.
I'd put a post on the original PSA thread but guess this is a more appropriate spot

@damascus, did you get any feedback from your mate. I only fitted mine but the charge damper also does nothing. My guess is that there's no oil in the charge dampening system.
Currently in the process of sending them back to CRC for warranty refund or replacement.
