The 'summer is over' thread made me think of winter. And usually about this time there are some good deals to be had on things you forget you need until that first cold, dark and wet ride. Stuff that's expensive but makes all the difference come winter can be had at more attainable prices. So I thought maybe we could crowdsource some good deals on winter gear: waterproofs, lights, winter boots, studded tyres...
Here's my starter for 10:
Amanda really rates these Fizik boots, 45% off: https://www.wiggle.com/p/fizik-terra-artica-x5-gtx-off-road-shoes
Very bright and easy to use Light and Motion Seca 2000 Race and 2500 Enduro lights, 40% off:

20% off Terra Nova emergency bothys seems like one of those things you might end up being very glad you got: https://www.wiggle.com/p/terra-nova-bothy-2
What else has anyone spotted?
Oooohh those boots look rather nice in purple...
A holiday.....somewhere not wet.....1 week after the summer holidays finished
Saving roughly 45%
I'm on the look out for some deals on winter tyres. The super mud type for the inevitable December/Jan/Feb endless-clag period.
Findra outlet is always worth a look in case they have your size:

Blimey-can't we get this winter over with without talking about the next one 🙂
.....any cheap/bargain jet washes that are about at the mo would be my first choice to make those cold muddy dark winter months more tolerable.
These are decent for £9.99 if you’re a small or x-large https://www.leisurelakesbikes.com/clothing/socks/sealskinz-cycling-thin-mid-hydrostop-socks-blackyellow__105716?currency=GBP&chosenAttribute=11116170307040&gclid=CjwKCAjw_aemBhBLEiwAT98FMivBMgv-oDxzMDzx3QpVAAkkWu8k3y24KVuFC5acS1tIPsY2U0i44hoCrxMQAvD_BwE&gbraid=0AAAAACUDy1a-NXc-5p-aLIKn3O0cZWY74 . I really hope June wasn’t it for the actual summer! I’m not ready for all the admin that comes with winter riding just yet!
How do the Fizik boots size up?
I'm normally a 43 but need a 44 in Shimano, if that helps.
Boot dryer £23 with 10% off at Amazon, not really PSA worthy.
It's the start of August and I've just taken deliveries of one of those, waterproof gloves, and 2kg of self-indicating silica gel. Wasn't deal hunting, just summer holiday prep!
picked up a few bargains on vinted recently, flexair trousers £9 delivered, endura mt500 spray £16.
