Vee Tyre Co Flow Snap Enduro Tyre 27.5 are £19.20 each (plus usual PlanetX ripoff delivery). Need to use their May madness code to get that price. These tyres have decent reviews so could be worth a punt at this price.
29r version is even cheaper.
I got one of the 29x2.6 for the front of my hardtail last week. Seems like a decent tyre. Won’t know how it deals with anything other than bone dry conditions for a while lol
Also some cracking deals on Vittoria tyres.
The Jafaki enduro/dh tyre for £9 is cracking VFM. It's tubeless ready, but wire bead and dual ply, so pretty solid.
Fitted one on the back of my bike last week, and the sidewall support is spot on (far better than the previous Maxxis tyre, and the grip in loam and on roots is superb.
Another fan of cheap but excellent vitoria tyres from planet x here.
I found the Vee Snap Flow a bit heavy and draggy myself.
It's robust though, and goes up tubeless OK.
I ended up with Specialised Grid/Gripton for my new wheels, in Butcher and Purgatory flavour, as they had a sale on so they were cheap.
I've had a lot of luck with Vittoria stuff though, they tend to make decent rubber.
I was going to enquire if anyone had any thoughts to share on the Vee Rail gravel tyre. They were only £15 an end with the MAYMADNESS code, but it no longer appears to be working on them, which is a shame...
