if yours leak at the mission control and you don't want to send them to tft there is a cheaper option.
watch [url=

and take the mission control out.
get some circlip pliers and at the top where the silver cap fits you'll see a circlip in the recess. remove this and then pull the blue centre. it'll take a bit of a wiggle but it'll come out. as it comes out make sure the spring on the shaft and the tiny ball bearing are safe. you'll then see this
the o-rings are tight on the shaft and be careful not to scratch the shaft. the o-rings cost me 2 pounds from city seals and bearings in sheffield link the ones i bought were 1.7mm thick and 9mm inside diameter and 2mm inside diameter. you can get slightly thicker ones but i'm trying the standard first.
when reassembling take the ball bearing out. put it back in a bit. wet the new seals with 5 wt suspension oil and put in place. put the spring back on and insert the assembly into the main body of the damper. as you push it in it'll feel tight, partly the new seal but also the air in the assembly. replace the circlip at this point.
part way down the damper you'll see a blue alu bit with a ring fitted in a groove. move the gap in the ring so that it's in line with the hole in the blue section. rotate the assembly you've just put back in so that you see an indent through this hole. push the tiny ball bearing in and rotate the ring so it covers the ball and keeps it in place.
this is job done. make sure you have the right amount of oil in (137ml for the totems) and put the damper cartridge back in.
hope this helps!
