Ebay around £70-75
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Aluminium-bicycle-bike-rack-Thule-ProRIde-598-/186452968477

Direct from a Volvo dealer, around £85
https://www.volvoparts.tmsmotorgroup.co.uk/volvo--aluminium-roof-mounted-bike-rack-23301-p.asp

Apparently, Volvo got caught up in the bike boom of covid, and thought we’ll sell loads of these, but, of course, demand fell off, and they have a shedload of them to get rid of. Branded Volvo, but otherwise identical to the usual Thule 598.

Nice one on the eBay link, been deliberating over tow bar rack or roof rack on a new car (Kia Sportage) and this shaves a bit of the cost down ?

I've two Volvo ones.
They were £35 in the post COVID sales.

Facebook or Gumtree is usually awash with cheaper Thule.

Dozens of them on marketplace dotted all over the country. Take your pick.

Yep but when you live in Sheffield and don't want to drive to fetch that's irrelevant buddy

Some people will though....

I sold 4 on eBay last year. One guy drove  50 miles from Morecambe to collect one. Think he paid around £70.

There's 2 pairs and a single in Chesterfield and another single in Dronfield.

I'd choose a short drive over paying new prices .

I recently paid £80 delivered from a Volvo dealer to replace ine that I had broken the buckle and lost the rubber strap sleeve on.
Same price as ordering the spare parts I needed. Kept the old one in case it’s needed for spares.
