Thule 598 Pro Ride roof bike carriers available for £99.99 with free next day delivery on Amazon Prime.
Next cheapest I saw were Roofbox.co.uk (good company I've used before) and Halfords but both were about £13 more excluding delivery.

Ford also sell them without any branding. But they have a thicker, darker coating than the Thule own versions. Can't tell if it's better but certainly cheaper
