Not sure how many outside Scotland get to see this.

I'm confused by the route from Selkirk to the top of the three brethren. Nice wee episode though.

Think they went out of Selkirk on the cycle path towards Gala then turned left through the Sunderland estate, out in the corner opposite Raelees descent.
Then up through the forest and onto the SUW.

One of the few things I do like about Virgin tv is that I get to watch this program. Used to help me while away half an hour each week when I was up working in Scotland for a few weeks at a time.

Thanks for that Matt. Good programme and inspiration for the Sunday evening slump
Wouldn't have caught it without the PSA due to it being classed as a regional programme. Will watch more episodes sometime.

Thanks for the heads up, I enjoyed that.

I did a two day bike packing trip a few years ago that followed a similar route. I also parked up at the station and ended up bivvying next to a dry stone wall (looked like an abandoned sheep pen) just off the Southern Upland Way, not far from Innerleithen. I rode the Gypsy glen into Peebles and met my pal in Glentress for a coffee before cycling back to the car along the cycle path. Weather was decent and the riding was great.

Completely ignore what i said before .
I was commenting on another bikepacking route I watched the other day. 😮
Having watched the actual programme they went up the main track from Selkirk to the 3 Bros but turned left off the main track.
That takes you trough a small wooded area then open field where you drop back down and come out on the main track by the pond/gate.
