Just as a note, someone bought me one of the top-tube bags - it was shaped to fit over a traditional round tube, and won't work with your carbon/alu squarer, fatter version.
The bikepacking bags look basic but decent for that price. The bar bag is tiny - more of a little extra storage for a longer ride than a true bikepacking bag.
But that rucksack looks really good for the money, for bikepacking or otherwise. I have one of their tiny rucksacks and a bum bag that I use for both running and riding, and they're great. Lightweight, but stable, well thought out. I imagine that one would be the same.
