From CE this morning.
Due to the exceptional period of wet weather that we are currently experiencing and despite our best efforts, we have been forced to close the blue trail due to extensive water erosion and continued damage.
We expect the trail to be closed for at least two weeks while hopefully the weather improves and we can carry out the necessary repairs.
We do understand the inconvenience this causes and would gratefully request that people in the meantime don’t ride in any other areas of the forest where mountain biking is not permitted.
Thank you again for your cooperation and we will do all we can to get the trails open again as soon as possible”

That section was pretty damp last time I was at Swinley, but looks like it's just getting wetter and wetter!
Given the way it's been chucking it down in That London today, and from reports coming in from Mrs CFH out to the West of it being even wetter there, I can't see much hope for the trails drying out any time soon!
