Tempted, the intermediate session - says age 10 (but possibly younger riders). My eldest has done a couple of laps of the blue last summer on his frog, he's just turned 8 and now has a new 'proper' mtb, vitus 24.
How quick are the riders expected to be? He's not slow, but I wouldn't want him to get disappointed
just checked, he did green and blue in 1hr 5 mins, 1hr 18mins elapsed. He'd be quicker now, a year later

Just signed my 10 year old up for the academy based on the criteria which he easily meets.
I was conscious about the age range as there's potentially a big difference between 10 and 15 but he's OK with it.
He's recently moved up from a Vitus 24 which was much better suited to riding trails than the Frog it replaced.
