Hi all,

I haven't done a PSA before but figured this is worth mentioning: https://www.wiggle.co.uk/sram-xx1-eagle-gxp-crankset/

SRAM XX1 Eagle GXP Crankset, 170mm arms, 32t ring, £156.99

As far as I can see the only reason these should be £100 cheaper than the same cranks sold elsewhere is being non-boost and GXP which is presumably being phased out. Maybe they are OEM cranks as the exact same cranks with gold decals at Wiggle are over £100 more??? Can't say it bothers me and I'll update when they arrive in case there are any quirks. Seems like a good deal though

These are the same as were on CRC last week for £145.

FWIW, the cranks are the same regardless of boost or not, it's the offset of the chainring that determines the chainline.

I bought some & they came with 3mm chainring, which is boost, given hey are all coming from the same place, I expect they will be the same. Non boost chainrings are usually 6mm offset.

Not sure if they are OEM or not, not that it makes any difference really 🙂

Ah fair enough. So I actually missed the real bargain 😀

Chain ring offset doesn't bother me as they'll be going on my SS, most likely with a different ring anyway

I actually really like the more subtle graphics so am not fussed if OEM

My only other worry is if they are the very narrow Q-factor version but I'm not sure if SRAM even still do those???

The Q factor on mine certainly isn't the narrow ones, they are on a bike with quite wide chainstays (so much so the M9000 XTR's wouldn't clear them) and they have plenty of clearance.

It was indeed a 168mm Q-factor in the end, but with a Boost offset ring which wasn't as described by Wiggle just in case anyone else is thinking of going for them
