Anyone else remember about a year ago when On-One had them for £12.50?

"Another fine example from the dfs school of sales."

Thats a bit harsh , there are some items with big reductions that we bought on a huge clearance from FSA , but some items were stock items at normal price , to keep it simple we reduced everything so some items are half price and over . The big reductions at pricing I dont think will have been seen such as -

SLK Carbon Seatposts - 20 pounds (retail 60)
Gravity Carbon Bars - 50 pounds (retail 150)
K Force light ceramic cranksets - 235 pounds
K Force Bars - 50 quid
V-Drive ATB Ckset MEGAEXO 65.00

I can't find any mention of SL-K seatposts on the site. Am I being thick?

well, thanks for the explanation there Dave- I was a bit aggrieved I guess after the hike in ti456 prices due to exchange rate fluctuations even though the frames had been landed (and presumably paid for) months previously. Sorry if it sounded harsh.

Well were on our third or fourth batch of to ti 456 frames , first batch were above 2 usd to the pound , second batch circa 1.8 , the last payment was 1.47 .

We might at any time be sat on some frames bought at three different exchange rates , however given the 30% drop the price rise hasnt been too severe .

Besides I think you can still buy a 456 at the originl price of 999 pounds , if you mail me I might throw you in a free 25 pounds XL2 headset .

Thanks for the offer Dave, but there's one sat in the shed at the moment- I panicked and bought it when Brant first suggested that the price would be going up- had to create a special company dividend to pay for it.

In my head I'd guessed (wrongly as it now seems) that there'd only ever been one shipment and that the price change was predatory. Bit of humble pie to be eaten here I think.
