are they super baggy? or quite good fitting? i dont like dead loose flapping shorts

also im a 30" waist, and usually a small in shorts, any reason not to on these?

Got thse on sale last year. They are quite baggy. Think mine are xl and I'm usually 36" waist. They are quite soft and stretchy. Not as substantial as singletracks but very comy. Worth it at that price.

No reason not to.I already have a pair. There not that baggy and i to am a 30 waist. The small is bang on 30 so if you wear a liner the are a little bit tight.Iv'e just ordered a medium if that helps.
Grim is probably right abought baggieness as his are an xl. 😉

Can anyone confirm a large would be ok for a 34" waist?

It'll be ok, unless they are like Endura Singletrack I shorts. I wear size 34 jeans. My XL Singletrack kept popping its button open!

Would have thought large would be fine. They have velcro adjusters at the side which have quite a range.

I ordered 2 pairs of large earlier even though I normally wear a 32" ish in jeans as the OP said they were smaller than normal. If they aren't any good I will post back here. 🙂

I'm a 34" waist & own 2 pairs of large. Fit perfecto.
They are really good with refunds too. Be prepared for uber slow delivery though, probably over a week IIRC.

I got a pair last year somewhere else, medium, too small for me so never been worn, I'll pricematch if anyone wants a pair, or ideally if anyone wants to swop for a large?

Looks like I missed the boat on this one - but the Animal 3/4 sleeve Jersey I got off e-bay last year has been fantastic. Hard wearing, hot washing, not too stinky bargain goodness.

Looks like they have somebody who knows what they're doing in their cycle clothes dept.

Mine arrived this morning. I got the large.

I often find with these style shorts that the sizing is odd. In terms of waste I think the medium would be far better but around the thighs these fit great. Luckily the Velcro bits tighten the waste enough and without over bunching. Pretty happy with them in general and they arrived pretty quickly.

Mine arrived. Are they reduced as one of the pocket zips is upside down?

I have one that opens upwards and one that opens downwards. Weird.

Anyone else had the Zips fail on these or am I just unlucky ?

These Shorts are so comfy, but I'm now down to just one pocket that will zip.

No problems here.
Mine are used for daily commuting duties and have already outlasted the Humvees they replaced.

My pair are great, worn and washed at least once per week and still look like new (almost!)

The only problem I have is the stretchy material keeps snagging on my saddle. Had a few low speed offs as a result.

no zip fail but the cotton dos not stretch with the material so the shorts are just falling apart at the seams and everywhere else ...

Must just be me then......

I'm gonna see if my Auntie can put some new Zips on them as its a shame to ditch them.
