RRP on the one you pay for though, still a bit of a saving mind you

At £70 it still feels like you're paying for 2.

Couldn't agree more! Tyre prices are absurd at the moment

Does anyone have experience of Maxxis road tyres? Looking for something to replace the 28c Conti Gp4000 S2 on my commuter bike that are now threadbare

Meh - the tyres are cheaper elsewhere without bogof. Evans have HR2's for £27.95 at the moment

Probaly should put it on a separate thread, but Specialized have many of their tyres at half price at the moment, though their website is down today in support of the Global Climate Strike.

Those Maxxis prices are great, especially in the wider sizes- less than two years back things like the 2.6/2/8/3.0 DHF and DHR were north of £90 an end.

Would anyone happen to know how a 29x2.0 Beaver sizes up as my 2.35” ForeKaster is rubbing stays

Beavers are pretty scrawny. It fits in the back of the wife's t129 so I imagine it would be fine in literally anything else mtb shaped.
